ReadyDedicated provides hosting services including:

• Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting
• Dedicated server hosting
• Domain registration services
• Custom subnet provisioning
• Technical support and maintenance

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use services only for lawful purposes
• Not engage in activities that could harm our infrastructure
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Hosting illegal content or engaging in illegal activities
• Sending spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Distributing malware or malicious code
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Excessive resource usage that affects other users

Violation of these terms may result in immediate service suspension or termination.

• All fees are due in advance and non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Services may be suspended for non-payment after 7 days past due
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Refunds are available within 30 days for new customers
• Chargebacks may result in immediate account termination

• 99.9% uptime guarantee for all hosting services
• 24/7 technical support availability
• Regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
• Proactive monitoring and maintenance

Service credits may be available for verified downtime exceeding our SLA commitments.

ReadyDedicated's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
